WILL MY TILES BE IDENTICAL TO WHAT I SEE ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN?

The shade and finish of ceramic tiles will vary from batch to batch, due to the production process. The image used on this site may not clearly show the surface or find the detail of all tiles. And of course, between photography and the inaccuracy of computer screens, colours will not be seen perfectly. However, Sample can be requested and delivered to help you to choose the tile you want.

WHAT WILL THE DELIVERY COST?

The local area of Auckland is Van $65+GST/ per delivery or Truck $135+GST/ per delivery.
Outside Auckland, please provide your address, we will get a quote for freight cost, after you confirm, we will arrange it for you. 
Pick-up from our warehouse is available, please call before you come.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can choose the best suitable and convenient for you. We provide the payment methods using your credit or debit card; alternatively, you can use direct deposit.

HOW WILL MY TILES BE DELIVERED?


Prestige Tiles will deliver your tiles to your nominated address in New Zealand. Alternatively, you may collect your tiles from our warehouse, please give us a call before you come.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A 20%handling fee applies to all returns. We will credit only full, unopened boxes returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are in saleable condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice. End of lines, buy-ins and specially priced items are not returnable.
